Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order required — we cover the cost every time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, each may have separate tracking information and delivery dates.
You can request changes within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, orders go into processing and can no longer be modified. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form.
First, check around your delivery location and mailbox. Then verify the tracking status in your Order Confirmation email. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier. Still missing? Reach out to our support team and we'll sort it out.
Yes. If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact Form. We'll offer a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item unless we specifically request it.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
